Welcome to Kinnaird Psychology Service in Larbert

Helping you to get back on track

Kinnaird Psychology Service is a private therapy service that provides evidence-based assessments, formulations, and treatments for common mental health difficulties. The aim is to create a warm, supportive environment to provide you with an opportunity to openly discuss your difficulties, with no judgement. By using a variety of approaches, the aim is to work through your difficulties, to reduce symptoms or improve functioning by effectively managing your conditions. We focus on setting achievable goals and help you to live towards your values - the direction in life which you wish to go.

Living life with difficulties such as anxiety, low mood or persistent physical symptoms can hold you back from achieving your potential and leave you feeling stuck. It can be extremely difficult to be able to open up to someone about these difficulties and get the right help. Kinnaird Psychology Service aims to provide a confidential service that seeks to promote your well-being and get you back on track.

Are you feeling in crisis right now?

Have you stumbled upon this page looking for help in a time of crisis?

You may have found this page looking for help quickly. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide an emergency response. Therapy is usually most beneficial for individuals who are not actively hurting themselves or planning on ending their life.

Please do not feel that you have to experience these unwanted feelings or thoughts alone. In the first instance, we would encourage you to contact your GP, or if it is out of hours, attend your nearest Accident and Emergency (A&E) department if you feel you are at immediate risk. You can also phone NHS 24 on 111 and speak with someone from the mental health part of this service.
