Therapy for life's difficulties

We are a private practice which runs from a family home in Kinnaird Village, Larbert and Cowane's Hospital in Stirling. Our Larbert therapy room is situated in a quiet residential area. There are seven street parking bays as well as a drive that accommodates three cars.

Our therapy room in Stirling is self-contained with toilet facilities and a kitchen. There are several parking spaces directly outside. In summer, there is a cafe that opens within the premises. You can enjoy walks around the area and take a look in the hall of Cowane's hospital or the Church of the Holy Rude.

As well as having a purpose built therapy room, we also offer video/remote therapy. This can be more convenient for some and means we see people across Scotland, England, Wales and Northern Ireland. We are recognised by the following private health insurance providers:
